Know yourself. Free yourself. Be yourself.

Sacred Reflection
The Sacred Seed
In the quiet dark, a seed dreams.
It does not rush the bloom.
It trusts the womb of the soil,
knowing that becoming begins unseen.
There is no need to prove,
no striving to be more than what it is.
The seed knows:
everything it will become is already within.
It surrenders to the slow alchemy of time —
the pressing darkness, the sacred decomposition,
the breaking open.
And when the moment is right —
not by force, but by rhythm —
life stirs.
A tender shoot rises
not to impress, but to express.
Not to earn love, but to embody it.
The seed becomes root.
The root becomes stem.
And from stillness… the bloom.
But none of it could happen
without the quiet.
Without the waiting.
Without the faith in unseen things.
So let this be your knowing:
You are not behind.
You are not lost.
You are becoming.
Let the dark do its holy work.
Let the mystery midwife your becoming.
You are the sacred seed.
And your bloom will not be late.

Reflections
Where in your life are you being asked to trust what you cannot see?
What part of you is breaking open in order to root more deeply?
Can you honor the season you are in without needing it to look like someone else's?
What does it mean to you to become without performing?
Journaling
Light a candle and place your hands over the soil. Imagine yourself as a seed, held by the earth - unseen but deeply supported. Whisper: "I surrender to the rhythm of my soul. I trust what is unfolding within me, even if I cannot yet see it."
Journal: "In the dark, I am learning to...." Let the words come.
When you are done, place your written page beneath the soil trusting that what you've released will root and rise in divine timing.
