Know yourself. Free yourself. Be yourself.

Sacred Reflection
I Am Beautiful Because I Am
I was never meant to be a carbon copy.
Not a softened version,
not a filtered frame,
not a perfected script of someone else’s comfort.
I was designed by something ancient —
holy,
wild,
specific.
My curves, my bones, my breath —
this is not random.
This is sacred architecture.
This is soul in form.
They told me beauty had rules.
They told me worth had a size,
a tone,
a gender,
a role.
They were wrong.
I am not beautiful because I fit.
I am beautiful because I am.
Because I wake with stardust in my blood.
Because I laugh like thunder.
Because I weep with the sky.
Because I dare to be real in a world of masks.
Let them keep their boxes.
I was born for belonging without borders.
I was born to look into my own eyes
and say:
"Welcome home.
You are beautiful.
You are enough.
You always were."

Reflections
When did I first begin to doubt my own beauty or worth?
What messages did I inherit about “what is beautiful” or “acceptable”?
In what ways have I tried to shrink, alter, or hide my true nature to fit in?
What if beauty was not something to achieve, but something to remember?
Journaling
Create Sacred Space. Light a candle, place the mirror before you. Adorn yourself however you feel called (jewelry, scarf, naked - whatever honors your truth). Gaze Gently at yourself in the mirror. Not critically. Not searching. Just seeing. Let your eyes meet your own. Stay here. Say aloud 3x: "I am beautiful because I am. I am worthy because I exist. I am divine in my original design." Place the flower at the base of the mirror or gently touch your heart with it. Whisper a blessing to our body and your being. Close in stillness: let yourself be seen. Let yourself feel the truth. No performance, no fixing, just being.
