Know yourself. Free yourself. Be yourself.

Sacred Reflection
Through the Fog
I want to see you; I want you to see me.
Not the version I was told to be—
Not through the glasses culture placed on me.
Let us unfasten the filters,
Loosen the armor of belief,
And meet here, raw and real.
Can we wear our thoughts like silk?
Can we let perception soften?
For what if truth is not inherited—
But discovered in the gaze of one who sees clearly?

Reflections
What if I’ve mistaken programming for perspective?
What if my truth is not the truth?
What if your truth can live alongside mine, and we both remain sacred?
Journaling
Create a soft and welcoming space. Light a candle, settle your breath, and ground yourself in presence. Put on a pair of colored glasses. Let these questions guide your sacred inner inquiry:
What beliefs from my upbringing do I now recognize as limiting or distorting. Am I ready to let them go?
What ways have I misjudged someone without needing to agree or understand their lived experience: Can I be a witness?
What practice can I implement to help me go into my days with the desire to see the other clearer?
Take off your glasses: Say: 'I want to see you. I want you to see me'
