A Gentle Beginning
Sacred Pathways for the Woman Becoming
A Gentle Beginning
For the woman just beginning to stir — She may not have words for what’s unfolding within her, but something is shifting. She’s asking:
“What’s happening to me? Why do I feel this pull? What is this work of knowing myself?”
She doesn’t need a full plan. She needs presence. A safe space to be heard, held, and seen for where she truly is — not where the world told her to be. This is the beginning of the sacred journey.
In this gentle 60-90 minute 1:1 session session, we will:
-
Gently explore where you are on your inner path
-
Listen for what’s whispering beneath the surface of your life; a space to speak what is stirring without judgement or shame.
-
A chance to be witnessed, and hear yourself more clearly.
-
Begin to name the experience of awakening
-
Introduce the Heroine’s Journey — the ancient path of soul remembering
-
Reflect on the seeker’s call — and what it means to say yes
This is not a coaching session. This work is not therapy. It is a soul conversation — one that honors curiosity as the doorway to transformation.
“You don’t have to be ready. Just willing.”
Session Cost: $150
The Cage, the Mask and the Call to Fly
This is my compassionate love note to the women who are beginning to stir... You’ve worn the mask for so long… it almost feels like your face.
The good girl mask.
The high-functioning woman mask.
The polished, responsible, keep-it-all-together mask.
You know how to perform. You know how to survive. You’ve mastered the art of pretending — of looking fine while quietly dying inside. But lately… something is shifting. It’s uncomfortable. Subtle. Disorienting.
A quiet whisper from within… or a roar. A rising sense that says: “This isn’t it. This isn’t me.” This is the beginning of awakening. And no — you’re not crazy. You’re beginning to notice. You’re starting to see the roles you’ve been playing, the beliefs you’ve inherited, the life you’ve built to belong — but that no longer feels true.
This is where self-awareness begins: when you turn toward yourself with curiosity instead of judgment. When you start to wonder,
Who am I, really… underneath all of this?
What stories have I been living that were never mine to carry?
You’ve lived inside a cage that looks nice — a clean house, a full calendar, a curated life. Your “Facebook self” looks successful. But inside? You feel numb. Tired. Heavy. Resentful. Lost. And truthfully? You don’t even know where you went. Or where you want to go.
A nice cage is still a cage. Safety can be suffocating. Stability can be a disguise. And survival… is not the same as living. You haven’t forgotten how to fly — you were just trained to forget the sky. You may feel ashamed for wanting more. You may feel scared that if you stop pretending, it will all fall apart.
But I want you to know this: You are not broken. You are awakening. Shedding the layers that were never truly yours — that’s all.
And I’ve been there. I know what it feels like to stand at the door of the cage — too afraid to leave, too soul-starved to stay. I know the ache of. “There has to be more than this.”
The Mask Will Never Fit Again
Once you glimpse your truth, the old life starts to pinch. No matter how hard you try to go back, it won’t feel right. That’s not failure. That’s freedom calling. This isn’t about burning everything down. It’s about learning how to hear your own voice again.
It’s about beginning the inquiry: Who am I beneath the masks? What do I really want, if I’m honest? And if you’re here reading this…. you’ve already begun.
The Door Is Open. The Sky is Waiting.
I walk with women through this unraveling — out of the cage, out of the programming, out of the roles that once felt like love, but were really control. Into authenticity. Into peace. Into the lightness of being you — not the version others expect, but the real you: messy, magical, wild, and free.
Ready to begin? Start right where you are. There’s no perfect timing. No map you must memorize. Just one small yes. And I’ll meet you there.
