Supplies:

A red or orange candle (for Aries fire)
A small object that represents courage (a stone, talisman, or symbolic item)
Pen and paper
Bowl with water or sand to extinguish the flame

The Ceremony

1. Create Your Sacred Space

Dim the lights. Light your red candle and place your courage talisman before you. Breathe deeply and feel the rising energy of the New Moon within you. Speak aloud:
